Ebb Tide Beach is a quiet "river community" located in the Northern Neck region of Virginia, along the Potomac River in Westmoreland County. Our community is made up of diverse families consisting of business professionals, craftsmen, and retirees representing a variety of backgrounds. Families in Ebb Tide Beach are represented by an Association, incorporated as a non-stock/non-profit organization made up of a Board of Directors and Officers answerable to it's members. Upkeep of our recreational areas, fresh water lakes, roads, and organization of community events is accomplished by volunteers and work parties and funded by modest membership dues, and money raised by special activities initiated by the Board. Our private beach and lakes are owned by the Association and are available only to members in good standing and their guests.
